1. Providing technical service for CBCT and microscope
2. User trainings for all Bondent equipments
3. Detailed aftersales support in cooperation with dealer’s local technician for CBCT and microscope
4. Reporting to regional sales director
5. Grow service & parts business revenues and accelerate sales growth in the region
6. Increase sales of service focus items
7. Sustain/ improve customer satisfaction
8.Roll out and implement newly developed service offerings
9. Build up on an industry network including brand owners pain points knowledge
10. Customer visits to organize Maintenance. Lead maintenance contracts follow-ups.
11. Make sure to do necessary customer contact database updates in case of changes or modifications
12. Work cross functionally with sales team to deliver a combined value proposition to our customers
13. Proven track record in developing commercial relationships and servicing clients. Service driven, solution and result-oriented
14. Strong interpersonal skills
15. Good industry market knowledge (incl. clients, competitors and understanding of brand owners operating mode)
16. High exposure to local culture
17. English (at least B2)
18. Native proficiency in Turkish will be required
19. Technical or commercial education (University level or equivalent recommended)
