Job Description: Year 4 Primary School Teacher (Immediate Start) We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 4 Primary School Teacher to join our team immediately. Maintain accurate records of student achievements and prepare comprehensive progress reports for parents/guardians. 4. Individualized Support: Identify and address the individual learning needs of students, including those with special educational needs or English as an additional language. Offer additional support, differentiate instruction, and implement effective strategies to ensure all students reach their full potential. 5. Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, participate in staff meetings, and contribute to the development of school-wide initiatives. Foster positive relationships with parents/guardians, maintaining open lines of communication and involving them in their child’s education. 6. Professional Development: Stay updated with current educational trends, teaching methodologies, and curriculum changes. Engage in continuous professional development activities to enhance your teaching skills and provide the best possible education to your students. Qualifications and Requirements: – Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Teaching Certification is desirable). – Proven experience working with primary school-aged children, preferably in Year 4 or a similar grade level. – Solid understanding of the national curriculum and the ability to deliver engaging lessons. – Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. – Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues. – Flexibility, adaptability, and a genuine passion for teaching and nurturing young learners. – Familiarity with assessment strategies and the ability to provide differentiated instruction. – Commitment to ongoing professional development and contributing to the school community.
