Position Title: Principal Drug Discovery Scientist

Location: Oxford, United Kingdom (Remote, Occasional Visits)

Mode: Permanent/Contract

Experience: 8+

Mandatory Skills.

·        PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Computational Chemistry, Biophysics, or equivalent.

·        Min 8+ yrs in Drug Discovery & Knowledge of compound design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Defining the strategy for drug discovery projects.

·        Ensuring the drug discovery group operates at a high level of scientific excellence.

·        Conducting research in areas of biophysics/chemistry relevant to drug discovery.

·        Communicate approaches and results in the form of discussions and presentations to the team members and wider collaborators.

·        Interact and work with a wide range of academic and industry partners.

·        Engage with the wider community through conference talks and technical demonstrations
