Job Title: Finance Executive
**Job Overview:**
As a Finance Executive at HOMAID, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to support decision-making. This role involves managing financial records, analyzing financial data, and contributing to the development of financial strategies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Financial Planning and Analysis:**
– Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
– Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations to the management team.
2. **Budgeting and Forecasting:**
– Collaborate with department heads to create and manage budgets.
– Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.
3. **Financial Reporting:**
– Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analysis.
– Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
4. **Cash Flow Management:**
– Manage and optimize cash flow to meet operational needs.
– Monitor and control working capital to enhance liquidity.
5. **Tax Compliance:**
– Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
– Coordinate with external tax advisors to prepare and submit tax returns.
6. **Audit Coordination:**
– Liaise with external auditors to facilitate the annual audit process.
– Implement recommendations from audit reports to strengthen internal controls.
7. **Risk Management:**
– Identify and assess financial risks.
– Develop and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks.
8. **Financial Policies and Procedures:**
– Establish and enforce financial policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
– Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and adjust policies accordingly.
9. **Vendor and Contract Management:**
– Negotiate and manage vendor contracts to optimize cost-effectiveness.
– Review and approve payments to vendors.
10. **Advisory Role:**
– Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
– Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.
**Qualifications and Skills:**
1. **Educational Background:** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA are advantageous.
2. **Experience:** Proven experience in finance or accounting roles, with a focus on financial analysis and management.
3. **Analytical Skills:** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
4. **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
5. **Software Proficiency:** Proficient in financial management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
6. **Ethical Conduct:** Adherence to ethical standards and integrity in financial reporting.
