Responsibilities:

Take charge of the proposals for joining insurances.
Ensure the payment of complementary health benefits.
Ensure payment of benefits to our networks of healthcare professionals.
Manage customer service and telephone service with our customers.
This back-office function is mainly oriented towards administrative activity.
Customer telephone service of incoming calls in insurance consulting will be provided punctually, after complete training in health insurance management.
Requirements:

1 to 2 years of previous experience in administrative jobs.
Excellent Native level of French.
Long-term commitment and settled in Lisbon.
Able to work with objectives and productivity.
Preferably experience within the insurance industry.
