Mode of work: Full time office. No Hybrid option as of now.

Experience Summary:
·         Over 6-10 years of experience in communication (Telecom/Datacom) domain
Strong technical expertise in requirement analysis, design and development of software products
·         Have worked as an architect on multiple projects in communication domain.
·         Hands on experience in Near RT RIC platform development, xApp development, ORAN architecture, 4G/5G Architecture
·         Understanding of End-to-End Call Flows
·         Knowledge in RRM SON functionalities, XApp development

·         Good to have exposure to Docker, Kubernetes and Cloud technologies.
·         Experience in writing efficient code and implementing complicated algorithms
·         Experience in debugging customer issues and bug fixes.
Skills:
Domain Knowledge: Near RT RIC, xApp, ORAN, L2/L3 protocols, TCP/IP, REST
·        Language:  C++/C, ASN1
·        Methodologies: Agile
·        Traffic generator and analyzer
·        Monitoring Tool: Wireshark
Operating System: Ubuntu, Linux, Windows.
