Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Office Assistant. The Office Assistant will be responsible for administrative assistance, handling communication, operating office equipment, managing clerical skills, and maintaining phone etiquette. The role requires working in the Surrey, BC location with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
Administrative Assistance, Communication, and Phone Etiquette skills
Clerical Skills and Office Equipment handling abilities
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Digital competence and familiarity with web-based tools and applications
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree or administrative certification is a plus
Previous experience in an office administrative role is a plus
Ability to work independently and remotely
Benefits:
– Salary CA$140-CA$260 per Day
– Good performance will get an additional bonus of $100 (every two weeks)
– Can be done without affecting your current job
– Flexible time only 2~3 hours per day
– No experience required (training provide )
