e-commerce office manager Immediate Start

We have a new and exciting opportunity for a E-commerce Marketplace Executive, for a company that are known for Outdoor Clothing goods. With an excellent location for public transport, this opportunity is for a fast-growing company with an excellent future. As an Ecommerce Executive you will be responsible for ensuring The Websites and product listings are up to date and have accurate online details.

Listing and subsequent monitoring of 20,000k + products across two company websites, hence a knowledge of Visual Soft and Shopify is required. You will be responsible for the Google advertised spend and its performance through Visualsoft management team. Setting up regular Campaigns in line with Trends and seasons.

Both websites will require constantly updating, including bespoke banner updates to ensure product are listed and emphasis reflects seasonal trends.

We benefit from our own brands, Country Classics and Hazy Blue, hence you will be required to produce quality photographs of these ranges for the platforms. A strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Canva is therefore required to produce and maintain our own brand photo library.

Dealing with customer enquiries and queries is obviously part of the Executives role, hence messages and phone calls will need to be will need to be dealt with.

Regular evaluation and enhancement of product titles and features along with pricing will be required to ensure maximum performance and profitability of both channels. Therefore a thorough understanding of promotional advertising, listing in a manner which gives us ‘forefront’ placement and profit margin calculation all form key elements of the role.

A working knowledge of Linnworks is required as all of our stock is entered and subsequently managed via this system. During Busy period and staff absence / Vacation you will be required to process the company’s product returns, these will be required to be done daily until ownership is handed back, Opening parcels checking them item against any defects or used. New Items returned would need to be repackaged. Once done these would need to be processed according on the Amazon or the website channels.

Reporting to the Directors within a pre-ordained time-scale, enabling Director level evaluation of the platforms performance against targets.

Ability to commute/relocate:

Birmingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) onsite role from 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday + Weekend Work

Education:

Business, Finance or Marketing degree or Equivalent (or a like minded degree)
Experience:

SEO: 1 year (preferred)
E-commerce: 2 years (preferred)
Visual Soft or Similar website 1 years
Social Media Marketing would be beneficial.
A strong grasp of basic SEO, PPC and online keyword-driven marketing.
Proven results in generating revenue for an online retail website or platform.

Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
