Position Overview:
As a Marine Instructor Captain, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to aspiring mariners. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging and informative classes on marine navigation, seamanship, and related subjects.
Develop and update course materials to ensure they align with industry standards and regulations.
Lead practical training sessions, including simulated exercises and hands-on experiences.
Assess and evaluate the progress of students through examinations, practical assessments, and feedback.
Provide mentorship and guidance to students, sharing real-world experiences and insights.
Stay current with industry developments, regulations, and advancements in maritime technology.
Collaborate with the training institute’s staff to continuously improve the curriculum and training programs.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications:

Hold a valid Captain’s license or relevant certifications for the type of vessels covered in the training.
Extensive experience as a Captain in the maritime industry.
Strong instructional and presentation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
In-depth knowledge of maritime regulations, navigation, and safety procedures.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
Proficiency in using instructional technology and maritime simulation tools.
