Maintenance Technician Immediate Start

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting, cleaning, and lubricating machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed and parts used.
• Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment and machinery.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to achieve maintenance objectives.
• Participate in training programs to stay updated on new technologies and maintenance techniques.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and plumbing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies as needed.
