Sales Representative Immediate Start

Pro Ultimate Gyms is actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional with a minimum of 1 year of sales experience. We are particularly looking for a female candidate to add diversity to our team and provide equal opportunities in our workplace.

Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Actively seek and acquire new clients through various sales methods, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Presentation Skills: Effectively present and communicate the value proposition of our products/services to potential clients.
Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve revenue goals.
Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
