Health Care Assistant Immediate Start

Responsibilities:
– Assisting healthcare professionals in providing direct patient care
– Taking and recording vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
– Assisting with patient mobility and transfers
– Assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
– Observing and reporting any changes in patients’ conditions to healthcare professionals
– Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients
– Documenting patient information accurately and timely
