CREATIVE DIRECTOR (HYBRID) Relocation Paid

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for overseeing the design layout and visual impact of marketing materials, products, or publications. Their duties include leading a team of creative professionals, meeting with company executives to determine visual needs for packaging or advertisements and coordinating with freelance professionals and manufacturers to complete projects.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Development pitch and concept deck outlining.
2. Presents a pitch deck to the client.
3. Assists copywriter when needed.
4. Editing/re-writing/re-decking of the pitch.
5. Monitors traffic assignment of creatives team to project.
6. Review of, comment on, and contribute to initial concepts and proposed visual pegs presented by the creative team during ideation.
7. Coordinates with Creative writer on pitch narrative presentation of proposed messaging, overall deck content, and flow.
8. Work closely with the accounts and business development teams regarding timetable clearing.
9. Report the progress of projects at major stages of their conception, creation, and execution.
10. Anticipate problems that may impede a project from completing on time and implement solutions.
11. Oversee the design layout and visual impact of marketing materials, products, or publications.
12. Planning and supervising the creation of company advertisements
13. Leading brand campaigns, including project submissions and overseeing the development of all creative content.
14. Supervising all the creative department’s work.
15. Setting project deadlines and content objectives in collaboration with executives and other creative leaders.
16. Evaluates the performance of team members (copywriter and art director) and propose subsequent action based on said evaluation.
17. Responsible for the administration of team members relative to employment.
18. Send emails and check group chats to keep up with all the concerns across the organization.
19. Perform other duty as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor of Science in Communication Arts, Multimedia Arts, Advertising or another design-related field.
• Seven (7) to ten (10) years of solid experience in Digital marketing, or Above-The-Line Advertising, or Integrated Marketing Communications.
• Strategic thinking, data-driven, proficient in digital marketing analytics tools, stellar communication, problem-solving and project–management skills, pay attention to detail, creative and crafting expertise on both copy and art. Ideation and strategy expertise.
